Setup Instructions#
Each symbology has its own unique attributes. Through the code setting in this chapter, the scan engine can be adjusted to adapt to these attribute changes. The fewer symbologys with “Allow Reading” enabled, the faster the scan engine will read. You can disable the scan engine from reading unused symbologys to improve the performance of the scan engine.

ISBN is a book code, and 13-digit data is normally output. When EAN-13 to ISBN is enabled, the output is a 10-digit ISBN code. Conversion is disabled by default.
